Returning Students:
- Registration
for currently enrolled students begins the week of January 23, 2012.
- Registration
packets are sent home to the parents of currently enrolled students in
the
middle of January.
- Registration
information may also be obtained directly from the school office.
- Brothers
and sisters of presentlly enrolled students may also be registered at
this time.
- Please
be prompt in re-registering for the 2012-13 school year.
- Open
registration will begin on Monday, February 27, 2012.
- Any
current student not re-registered by that date is not guaranteed a
place in his/her grade.
- Registration
applications will only be processed for families who are up-to-date in
tuition payments for this school year.
Visit Our School:
- Prospective
parents are welcome to call the school office at 464-0531 to schedule
an individual visit of the school during regular school hours.
Registration for New Students
(Pre-K through 8th grade):
- Open registration for new students
will begin on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 9:00 AM.
- Parents are to bring the following
information:
- birth certificate; Social Security
number;baptismal certificate (if Catholic); immunization records; copy
of child's last report card and standardized test scores (if applicable)
- A non-refundable registration fee of
$165 for the first child and $150 for each additional child is due at
this time.
- Registration for our state-funded PreK4
program (NonPublic Schools Early Childhood Development Program) are
available in the school office. Open registration is from January
through April.

Optional Extended Care Fees:
- Extended
Care Fees per child:
- Daily
or drop in: $4.00 morning; $7.00 afternoon until 6:00 PM
- Yearly:
$525 morning; $990 afternoon;
- Both
AM and PM $1,320 for one child; $1,980 for 2 or more children
Finances:
- Tuition
is financed through FACTS, a national company with over 5,000 schools,
or paid in full to OLPH office by July 1, 2012.
- After
registration is accepted, parents may apply online to FACTS by clicking
on the FACTS logo on the OLPH home page and setting up an account.
- There
is no interest charged with FACTS; however, there is a one-time fee of
$43.00 if a parent chooses to pay in 3-10 payments, and a $10.00 fee
for 1-2 payments.
- Parents
may select from several options:
- Number
of payments:
- Paid
in full in July
- Paid
in two payments (July and January)
- Paid
quarterly (July, October, January, and March)
- Paid
monthly (10 payments, July - April)
- We
strongly suggest that parents pay through automatic bank drafts.
However, the following options are also available:
- Payment
by credit card (a 2.5% convenience fee is charged). Mastercard,
American Express, and Discover are accepted. Visa, however, is not
accepted.
- Extra
fees may be charged for returned payments (insufficient funds) and late
fees.

- We
accept check, cash, or money order to pay OLPH in full by July 1, 2012
in office.
Tuition Assistance:
- All
applications for Tuition Assistance will be administered by
FACTS. Applications will be accepted starting March 5th, 2012.
- Parents
may go online to www.factstuitionaid.com
to submit an application. There will be no paper applications
available. If you need assistance with this process, please come
to the office.
- Parents
need to submit documentation of income (Income tax forms, etc.) as part
of the application.
- There
is a $25.00 application fee.
- The
deadline for submitting Tuition Assistance applications is April 15,
2012 in order to be considered for tuition assistance.
