Returning Students:
- Registration
for currently enrolled students begins the week of January 25, 2010.
- Registration
packets are mailed to the parents of currently enrolled students in the
middle of January.
- Registration
information may also be obtained directly from the school office.
- Brothers
and sisters of presentlly enrolled students may also be registered at
this time.
- Please
be prompt in re-registering for the 2010-11 school year.
- Open
registration will begin on Monday, February 22.
- Any
current student not re-registered by that date is not guaranteed a
place in his/her grade.
- Registration
applications will only be processed for families who are up-to-date in
tuition payments for this school year.
Open House:
- Open
House for prospective families will be held on Thursday, January 28,
at 7:00 in the gym.
- Visitors
will have the opportunity to meet the principal and teachers, learn
about academic and extra-curricular programs, and visit the classrooms.
- Prospective
parents are welcome to call the school office at 464-0531 to schedule
an individual visit of the school during regular school hours.
Registration for New Students
(Pre-K through 8th grade):
- Open registration for new students
will begin on Monday, February 22, at 9:00 AM.
- Parents are to bring the following
information:
- birth certificate; Social Security
number;baptismal certificate (if Catholic); immunization records; copy
of child's last report card and standardized test scores (if applicable)
- A non-refundable registration fee of
$165 for the first child and $150 for each additional child is due at
this time.
- Registration for our state-funded PreK4
program (NonPublic Schools Early Childhood Development Program) will
also begin on Monday, February 22.
Tuition and Fees:
- Registration
Fee: $165 for the first child; $150
for each additional child (non-refundable)
- Tuition: Kindergarten through 8th grade
- 1 student - $3,450.00
- 2 students - $6,037.50
- 3 students - $7,762.50
- 4 or more students - $8,625.00
- Tuition for Pre-Kindergarten
(4-year-olds):
- $3,600 (including school supplies)
- PreK students do not qualify for
multi-child discounts.
- Out-of-parish fee (for non-Catholics
and Catholics who are non-supporting members of Our Lady of Perpetual
Help Church: $300.00 per child
Optional Extended Care Fees:
- Extended
Care Fees per child:
- Daily
or drop in: $3.00 morning; $6.00 afternoon until 6:00 PM
- Yearly:
$300 morning; $810 afternoon;
- Both
AM and PM $1,100 for one child; $1,700 for 2 or more children)
Finances:
- Tuition
may be either paid in full by July 1, 2010, or financed through a
tuition loan through First Bank and Trust.
- Parents may apply for the bank loan
on-line by going to www.fbttuitiononline.com
after registration has been made. Bank loans are financed
over 10 months beginning July 1, 2010.
