          small book      Returning Students:
      • Registration for currently enrolled students begins the week of January 28-February 1, 2008.
      • Registration packets are mailed to the parents of currently enrolled students in the middle of January.
      • Registration information may also be obtained directly from the school office.
      • Brothers and sisters of presentlly enrolled students may also be registered at this time.
      • Please be prompt in re-registering for the 2008-09 school year. 
        • Open registration will begin on Monday, February 24. 
        • Any current student not re-registered by that date is not guaranteed a place in his/her grade.
         small book     Open House:
      • Open House for prospective families will be held on Wednesday, February 13, at 7:00 in the gym.
      • Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the principal and teachers, learn about academic and extra-curricular programs, and visit the classrooms.
      • Prospective parents are welcome to call the school office at 464-0531 to schedule an individual visit of the school during regular school hours.
          small book     Registration for New Students (Pre-K3 through 8th grade):
      • Open registration for new students will  begin on Monday, February 24, at 9:00 AM.
      • Parents are to bring the following information:
        • birth certificate; Social Security number;baptismal certificate (if Catholic); immunization records; copy of child's last report card (if applicable)
      • A non-refundable registration fee of $165 for the first child and $150 for each additional child is due at this time.

      • Registration Fee:  $165 for the first child; $150 for each additional child (non-refundable)
      • Tuition:
        • $3050.00  for one child (grades Kindergarten through 8)
        • $5337.50  for two children
        • $6862.50  for three children
        • $7625.00  for four or more children
      • Tuition for Pre-Kindergarten (3- and 4-year-olds):
        • $3200.00
      • Out-of-parish fee (for non-Catholics and Catholics who are non-supporting members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church:  $300.00 per child
          small book     Optional Extended Care Fees:
      • Extended Care Fees per child:
        • Daily or drop in:  $2.00 morning; $5.00 afternoon until 6:00 PM
        • Yearly: $300 morning; $810 afternoon;
          • Both AM and PM  $1,100 for one child; $1,700 for 2 or more children)
          small book    Finances:
      • Tuition may be either paid in full by July 1, 2008, or financed through a tuition loan through First Bank and Trust.
      • Parents may apply for the bank loan on-line by goint to www.fbttuitiononline.com after registration has been made.  Bank loans are financed over 10 months beginning July 1, 2008.
